- VP Lubricants Difference
- VP applies a 3-pronged approach to lubricant design:
- VP uses select base oils with polar characteristics, which improves the ability of the oil to cling to metal components by improving viscosity.
- VP adds a balance of multiple anti-wear chemistries into the oil beyond zinc (ZDDP). These anti-wear additives adhere to metal surfaces to create a tremendous layer of protection.
- VP includes unique friction modifiers that reduce fluid-to-fluid friction and surface friction between the oil and moving metal components, for more horsepower and torque.
- Pro Grade racing oils feature an aggressive dispersant detergent package, helping control deposits and the oxidation stability of the oil. It takes much longer for the oil to oxidise than other available brands.
