Refund Policy
How returns and refunds work when you buy directly from VP Racing Fuels Europe, including the EU's statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

What this policy covers
- This policy applies to purchases made directly from VP Racing Fuels Europe — including once direct checkout on this site goes live (see the shop preview). VP Racing Europe does not yet process direct sales through this site.
- If you bought a VP Racing product through a dealer or distributor, your return is governed by that dealer's own returns policy — please contact them directly.
Returns
- You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at info@vpracingfuels.eu. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return are not accepted.
Returns are sent to Pro Energy Fuel Ltd., Strand Campus, Airport Business Park, Strandhill, Co. Sligo, F91 FE8N, Ireland — the registered address published on our legal notice — once a return has been accepted.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately at info@vpracingfuels.eu if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases — this covers fuel, lubricant and additive products once opened or used.
- Custom orders, personalised items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.
Your EU right to change your mind (14-day withdrawal)
- If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification — in addition to, not instead of, the 30-day return window above.
- As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days — it can take longer for your bank to post it.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't been refunded, contact us at info@vpracingfuels.eu.
